青海省高校学生通过网络交友发生临时性行为情况及影响因素

摘　　要：目的了解青海省高校青年学生通过网络/交友软件寻找性伴侣发生临时性行为情况及其相关影响因素,为高校开展预防艾滋病教育和预防干预提供依据。方法2022年8-10月,利用分层整群抽样方法抽取青海省6所高等院校在校学生,采用电子问卷开展横断面调查,收集人口学及通过网络、交友软件途径寻找临时性伴等信息,运用多因素Logistic回归分析相关影响因素。结果共调查3801名学生,平均年龄(20.2±1.4)岁,男女比为1∶1.5。8.1%(309/3801)的学生通过网络、交友软件途径寻找临时性伴,主要途径为QQ/微信,占83.5%(258/309),其中77.3%(239/309)的学生临时性伴为异性。多因素logistic回归分析结果显示,男生(OR=3.73,95%CI:2.90~4.79)、本科院校(OR=1.32,95%CI:1.01~1.73)、大四年级(OR=2.71,95%CI:1.68~4.37)、在读期间校外租住(OR=4.70,95%CI:2.23~9.93)、接受“一夜情”或上网“约炮”(OR=6.71,95%CI:4.82~9.32)、目前接受性行为(OR=3.90,95%CI:2.96~5.14)、在网络上游览过性或色情信息(OR=4.63,95%CI:3.65~5.87)、喜欢使用网络或手机交友软件与人交流(OR=5.59,95%CI:3.40~6.20)的学生更容易通过网络途径寻找性伴侣发生临时性行为。结论青海省高校青年学生主要通过QQ/微信途径寻找临时性伴,应重点关注男生、本科院校、高年级、在读期间校外租住及对临时性行为持接受态度的学生,在校园内开展针对性防艾健康宣教,预防网约性行为可能带来的HIV感染风险。Objective To understand the casual sexual behavior of young college students seeking sexual partners,using online dating and social networking applications in Qinghai Province.Moreover,this study aimed to identify its influencing factors to provide a basis for HIV prevention education and interventive measures in colleges and universities.Methods From August to October 2022,six colleges and universities in Qinghai Province were sampled via stratified cluster sampling.A cross-sectional survey was conducted using an electronic questionnaire to collect demographic information and details on the student's use of social networking applications.Multivariate logistic regression was used to analyze the relevant influencing factors.Results A total of 3801 students were surveyed,with an average age of 20.2±1.4 years old and a male-to-female ratio of 1:1.5.Among the students surveyed,8.1%(309/3801)sought casual sexual partners through social networking application.QQ and WeChat were used by 83.5%(258/309)of the students who sought casual sexual partners.Moreover,77.3%(239/309)have heterosexual partners.Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that male students(OR=3.73,95%CI:2.90-4.79),undergraduate students(OR-1.32,95%CI:1.01-1.73),senior students(OR=2.71,95%CI:1.68-4.37),students living off-campus(OR=4.70,95%CI:2.23-9.93),have"one night stands"or online"hookups"(OR=6.71,95%CI:4.82-9.32),students who engage in casual sexual behavior(OR=3.90,95%CI:2.96-5.14),have visited pornographic websites(OR=4.63,95%Cl:3.65-5.87),and use social network applications to communicate with others(OR=5.59,95%CI:3.40-6.20)are more likely to find partners willing to engage in casual sex.ConclusionssYoung college students in Qinghai Province mainly use QQ and WeChat to find partners willing to engage in casual sex.Attention should be given to male students,undergraduate students,senior students,students who rent off-campus,and students who accept casual sex.Targeted health education on acquired immunodeficiency syndrome prevention shoul
