摘  要:为量化评价空气源热泵系统设计容量选择过大而引发的容量超配问题,本文深入分析空气源热泵系统设计选型难点,提出空气源热泵系统容量超配率评价指标,并在2018—2019年供暖季对北京农村地区“煤改电”项目中的103个空气源热泵系统以及北京、秦皇岛、南通、青岛等地区的5个公共建筑项目空气源热泵系统进行实测调研,量化评价空气源热泵系统容量超配程度,并且分析了测试期内运行效果。实测结果表明:北京“煤改电”项目中的103个空气源热泵系统平均容量超配率达到125%,其中51.4%的系统COP低于2.2;公共建筑项目中的5个空气源热泵供暖系统超配率在45.9%~367.4%,系统COP仅在0.93~2.13。本文揭示了空气源热泵供暖系统容量超配是导致运行能效下降的普遍因素,合理设计选型对保障空气源热泵高效运行具有重要意义。To quantitatively evaluate the capacity overallocation problems caused by excessive design capacity selection of the air source heat pump system,this paper analyzed in-depth the design and selection difficulties of the air source heat pump system,proposed the evaluation index of the capacity overallocation rate of the air source heat pump system.Then,in the heating season of 2018 and 2019,a field survey was conducted on 103 air source heat pump systems in the"coal to electricity"project in rural areas of Beijing and five public building projects in Beijing,Qinhuangdao,Nantong,Qingdao,etc.,to quantitatively evaluate the excess capacity of air source heat pump systems,and analyze the operation effect during the test period.The measured results show that the average capacity overallocation rate of 103 air source heat pump systems in Beijing's"coal to electricity"project reaches 125%,and the COP of 51.4%systems is lower than 2.2.In the five air source heat pump heating systems in the public building project,the overallocation rate is 45.9%~367.4%,and the COP of the system is only 0.93~2.13.This paper revealed that the capacity overallocation of air source heat pump heating system is a common factor that leads to the drop of operating energy efficiency.Reasonable design and selection are of great significance to ensure the efficient operation of air source heat pumps.
