摘 要:夏热冬冷地区超低能耗住宅多采用户式空气源热泵冷暖两联供系统为房间提供冷热量,且采用“部分时间、部分空间”室内环境营造模式,导致热泵系统容量选择有其特殊性。本文通过上海的一栋典型超低能耗住宅不同运行模式下的全年冷、热负荷模拟,分析户式热泵系统容量选择的方法。结果表明,与连续运行的负荷指标比较,间歇运行模式下,热泵系统室内末端负荷附加率为100%~200%,室外机负荷附加率为50%~60%,并发现虽然负荷指标增大,但间歇运行室内需能量可节约近20%。进而分析了户间传热、新风控制等因素对设备容量的影响,给出了适用于工程应用的户式热泵冷暖两联供系统容量选型的计算公式及负荷数据,为上海市及夏热冬冷地区超低能耗住宅的分散式冷热源设计提供参考。Ultra-low energy consumption residential buildings in hot summer and cold winter regions mostly use household air source heat pump cooling and heating system to provide cooling and heating for rooms,and adopt the"part time,part space"indoor environment construction mode,resulting in the unique selection of heat pump system capacity.This paper analyzed the capacity selection method of household heat pump systems through the simulation of annual cooling and heat loads under different operating modes of a typical ultra-low energy consumption house in Shanghai.The results show that,compared with the load index in continuous operation,the indoor terminal load addition rate of the heat pump system in intermittent operation mode is 100%~200%,and the outdoor unit load addition rate is 50%~60%.It is found that although the load index increases,the energy demand in intermittent operation rooms can be saved by nearly 20%.Then,the influence of factors such as inter-household heat transfer and ventilation control system on equipment capacity was analyzed,and the calculation formula and load data for the capacity selection of the heating and cooling system of household air source heat pump suitable for engineering applications were proposed,which can provide a reference for the distributed heating and cooling source design of ultra-low energy consumption residential buildings in Shanghai and the hot summer and cold winter regions.
