摘 要:光伏发电的不确定性给高比例可再生能源接入电网带来了巨大的压力,考虑到空调负荷具备热储存能力,本研究提出光伏储能辅助空调系统,通过空调负荷对光伏发电进行消纳。本研究以北京某办公楼为研究案例,基于热电的RC模型来预测该办公楼的空调负荷。进一步,基于峰谷电价,提出了遗传算法优化余电分配系数的运行策略。以负荷预测结果为依据,采用遗传算法对光储空调系统的最优调度问题进行了求解。RC模型可以反映该办公楼的建筑热过程,光伏储能辅助空调系统可以有效地消纳光伏发电量,减少近90.20%的购电量;推迟用电峰值,并且电网购电峰谷差由28.45 kW降低至7.39 kW。空调负荷采用15 min直接削减负荷的方法参与电网削峰的调度计划后,建筑室内温度升高约0.2℃。The uncertainty of photovoltaic power generation brings great pressure on the high percentage of renewable energy connected to the grid.Considering that the air conditioning load has thermal storage capacity,this study proposed a photovoltaic energy storage assisted air conditioning system to dissipate photovoltaic power through the air conditioning load.This study took an office building in Beijing as a research case,and predicted the air conditioning load of this office building based on the thermoelectric RC model.Further,based on the peak and valley tariffs,an operation strategy with a residual power allocation factor was proposed.Based on the load prediction results,a genetic algorithm was used to solve the optimal scheduling problem of the optical storage air conditioning system.The RC model can reflect the building thermal process,and the PV storage assisted air conditioning system can effectively consume PV power and reduce the purchased power by nearly 90.20%.It can also delay the peak power consumption and reduce the peak-valley difference of grid power purchase from 28.45 kW to 7.39 kW.The building indoor temperature increased by about 0.2℃after the air-conditioning load participated in the scheduling plan of grid peak shaving by using a 15-minute direct load reduction.
