摘 要:本文针对双碳背景下园区综合能源规划,以雄安某科创城为例,基于多能互补、综合利用的原则对园区的能源资源情况、能源规划情况进行分析评估;以项目为蓝本,综合主流能源技术的先进性及减碳能力、国家最新政策导向要求,研究设计了3套商办居住园区能源规划标准化方案,综合应用了中深层地热能、浅层地热能、太阳能光伏、太阳能热水、高效机房、蓄能等低碳技术形式;以可再生能源利用率和单位建筑面积节碳率为核心指标,对方案进行定量对比及经济性分析。本研究及项目实践可为该项目低碳建设及未来同类型园区的低碳综合能源规划提供参考。This paper focuses on the comprehensive energy planning of the park under the background of dual carbon,taking a science and technology park in Xiong'an as an example,analyzes and evaluates the energy resources as well as current energy planning of the case park based on the principle of multi-energy complementation and comprehensive utilization.Considering the sophistication of mainstream energy technologies and carbon reduction capabilities,as well as the latest national policy-oriented requirements,three sets of energy planning optimization schemes for commercial and residential parks were researched and designed,comprehensively applying medium-deep geothermal energy,shallow geothermal energy,solar photovoltaics,solar water heating,high-efficiency chiller plant,energy storage and other low-carbon technology forms.In addition,renewable energy utilization rate and carbon saving rate were adopted as core indicators for quantitative comparison and economic analysis.As such,this research and project practice can provide reference for the low-carbon construction of the case park and the low-carbon comprehensive energy planning of similar parks in the future.
