摘  要:熔盐-汽水换热器性能直接影响塔式太阳能热电站的发电效率,以太阳盐为工质,实验研究了熔盐横掠冲刷管内过冷沸腾水传热特性,工况参数为:熔盐质量流速504~594 kg(/m^(2)·s),熔盐温度350~560℃;管侧质量流速135~226 kg(/m^(2)·s),入口温度260℃,热流密度65~465 kW/m^(2)。研究影响熔盐换热器传热,特性的关键参数与次要参数,其中熔盐温度及水侧压力对传热特性影响较大。最后,将实验数据与文献中的关联式进行了对比分析。Molten salt steam generator is an important energy conversion equipment in tower solar thermal power station,using solar salt as working medium,the heat transfer characteristics of subcooled boiling water when the molten salt sweeping washout tube are experimentally studied.The experimental working conditions are:molten salt mass flow rate of 504-594 kg/(m^(2)·s),molten salt temperature of 350-560℃.The mass flow rate in the tube side is 135-226 kg/(m^(2)·s),the inlet temperature is 260℃,and the heat flux density is 65-465 kW/m^(2).The effects of molten salt mass flow rate,inlet temperature,water-side pressure and water-side mass flow rate on the heat transfer characteristics of heat exchanger are analyzed.Among them,molten salt temperature and water-side pressure have greater influence on the heat transfer characteristics.Finally,the experimental data are compared and analyzed with the correlations in the literature.
