摘  要:针对风电机组的安全性评估,研究机舱振动位移极值模型和现场数据验证。基于某风电场1.5 MW风电机组的计算模型,仿真DLC1.1工况下的载荷数据,建立风电机组机舱振动位移外推极值模型,结合统计学原理和载荷统计外推原理,得到风电机组的机舱位移极值;同时,对该风场风电机组机舱振动实测数据进行特征极值分析,用这些特征极值拟合得到不同风速段的风速分布和机舱位移分布,建立风电机组机舱振动位移的联合分布极值模型,外推得到位移极值。提出利用李雅普诺夫稳定性理论,确定风电机组机舱振动安全阈值边界的方法,利用这些极值确定风电机组机舱振动安全阈值边界,并用实际运行时的机舱位移极值数据,对这几种极值模型进行现场数据验证,无论仿真数据的机舱振动极值,还是实际数据的振动极值,均未超出安全阈值边界。In view of the safety assessment of wind turbines,the extreme value model of nacelle vibration displacement and actual data validation are studied.In this paper,based on the parameters of 1.5 MW doubly-fed wind turbines,the load data of DLC1.1 is simulated,the extrapolation extreme value models of nacelle displacement is established,combining with statistics principles and load statistics extrapolation principles,the nacelle displacement extreme value of 1 and 50 years return period are obtained.Moreover,the characteristic extreme values of the data of the wind turbine in the windfarm are analyzed,the distribution of different wind and different nacelle displacement are obtained by fitting the characteristic values,the Joint distribution extreme value model of nacelle displacement is determined and the nacelle displacement extreme value are obtained.The extreme values models are validated by using the extreme value data of nacelle displacement in actual operation.A new method is proposed to determine the vibration safety threshold boundary of wind turbine nacelle by using Lyapunov stability theory.These extreme values are used to determine the vibration safety threshold boundary of wind turbine nacelle.These extreme value models are verified by using the extreme value data of the nacelle displacement in actual operation,whether the vibration extreme value of the nacelle simulation data or the vibration of the actual data extreme values,not beyond the safety threshold boundary.
