摘　　要：深静脉血栓(deep vein thrombosis,DVT)以下肢DVT占比最多,下肢DVT可分为下肢近端深静脉血栓(proximal deep vein thrombosis,PDVT)及孤立性远端深静脉血栓(isolated distal deep vein thrombosis,IDDVT)。IDDVT是下肢DVT的一个常见亚型,包括发生在膝关节平面以下的胫前静脉、胫后静脉、腓静脉和肌间静脉血栓[1]。Isolated distal deep vein thrombosis is a special type of deep vein thrombosis that accounts for 20%to 50%of all cases of deep vein thrombosis in the lower limbs,and its incidence is higher in patients with fractures of the lower limbs.Due to its atypical clinical manifestations and the effect of the fracture,missed diagnosis may occur.It may extend and increase the risk of fatal pulmonary embolism,so understanding of its clinical characteristics is very important for the choice of treatment plan.There is a paucity of studies in this area,and its management lacks standardisation and is controversial.In this context,this study reviews the characteristics of preoperative combined isolated distal deep vein thrombosis in patients with closed lower extremity fractures and its therapeutic evolution,with the aim of providing relevant references for the clinical management of such patients.
