摘  要:骨组织工程中骨移植材料的成骨活性是影响骨组织工程移植成功与否的关键。已有研究证实,骨髓富含多种骨祖细胞、细胞因子和生长因子[1]。这些成分是促进成骨的生物活性成分的重要天然储存库,然而其只在骨髓抽吸物(bone marrow aspiration,BMA)中占很小部分,这导致了传统的将移植物简单浸泡于骨髓溶液中或直接将骨髓注射至移植区的情况不能达到较高的局部有效浓度[2]。Bone tissue engineering graft has been widely used in clinic for bone defect.However,the increase of the success rate is still difficult.Bone marrow is rich in bone progenitor cells,cytokines and growth factors,and it is an important natural repository of bioactive components that promoting osteogenesis.Traditional bone marrow enrichment technology can hardly achieve the ideal cell concentration around the scaffold,while selective cell retention technology(SCR)can maximize the enrichment of bone marrow cells that are beneficial to osteogenesis on the graft and improve the survival rate of the graft.In this paper,the basic concepts of bone tissue engineering,the principle of selective cell retention technology and the latest research progress are reviewed.
