摘 要:目的:观察健脾养肺汤治疗肺脾两虚型卒中相关性肺炎的临床疗效。方法:选取肺脾两虚型卒中相关性肺炎患者共60例,随机分为两组各30例。两组均予西医常规治疗,治疗组另予健脾养肺汤治疗。分别观察两组治疗前及治疗后第7天、第14天的感染指标、氧合指数、临床肺部感染评分(CPIS)、肺部超声评分(LUS)。结果:治疗后,两组感染指标水平、CPIS评分、LUS评分均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),且治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05);两组氧合指数水平均较治疗前升高(P<0.05),且治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:健脾养肺汤结合西医常规治疗治疗肺脾两虚型卒中相关性肺炎,可改善患者的临床症状,降低炎症指标水平,改善肺部感染情况,增加机体氧供,提高临床疗效。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Jianpi Yangfei decoction on stroke-associated pneumonia with syndrome of deficiency of both lung and spleen.Methods:60 cases of patients with stroke-associated pneumonia with syndrome of deficiency of both lung and spleen were selected and randomly divided into two groups,30 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with routine western medicine,while the treatment group was treated plus with Jianpi Yangfei decoction.Infection indexes,oxygenation indexes,clinical pulmonary infection score(CPIS)and lung ultrasound score(LUS)were observed in two groups before treatment and on the 7th day and 14th day after treatment respectively.Results:After treatment in two groups,the level of infection indexes,CPIS score and LUS score were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the treatment group was better than control group(P<0.05);the level of oxygenation indexes was higher than that before treatment in two groups(P<0.05),and the treatment group was better than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Jianpi Yangfei decoction and routine western medicine for treating strokeassociated pneumonia with syndrome of deficiency of both lung and spleen can improve the clinical symptoms of patients,reduce the level of inflammatory indexes,improve the lung infection,increase the oxygen-supply for organism and enhance the clinical efficacy.
