摘 要:为了合理确定大社矿覆岩隔离注浆的最佳注浆层位高度,采用3DEC数值模拟的方法,结合大社矿921102工作面的实际情况,建立6种不同注浆层位高度(220 m、240 m、260 m、280 m、300 m、320 m)的设计方案,分析注浆充填材料对覆岩关键层的支撑作用,以及不同注浆层位高度对工作面地表减沉和地表倾斜的影响规律。结果表明,随着注浆层位高度的增加,地表最大沉降量也同时增大,建立注浆层位高度与最大下沉量的拟合曲线,注浆层位高度与最大下沉量呈指数关系;随着注浆层位高度的增加,地表倾斜变形量也同时增大,建立注浆层位高度与地表倾斜变形量的拟合曲线,注浆层位高度与地表倾斜变形值呈指数关系,现场工业性结果与数值模拟的结果基本吻合。In order to reasonably determine the optimum grouting layer height of overburden isolation grouting in Dashe Coal Mine,3DEC numerical simulation method was used to establish the design scheme of six different grouting layer heights(220 m,240 m,260 m,280 m,300 m,320 m)in combination with the actual situation of 921102 working face in Dashe Coal Mine.We analyze the supporting effect of grouting filling material on the key strata of overburden,and the influence of different grouting layer heights on the surface subsidence and surface inclination of working face.The results show that the maximum settlement of the surface increases with the increase of the height of the grouting layer.The fitting curve of the height of the grouting layer and the maximum subsidence is established,and the height of the grouting layer is exponentially related to the maximum subsidence.As the height of the grouting layer increases,the amount of surface tilt deformation also increases.The fitting curve of the height of the grouting layer and the amount of surface tilt deformation is established,and the height of the grouting layer is exponentially related to the surface tilt deformation value.The actual industrial result is basically identical with the digital simulation result.
