摘  要:矿井设备资源是一种服务于矿井生产的关键性资源,因其模糊性、复杂性及动态性等特征,成为影响矿井生产综合效益的关键因素。为了合理选择出高质量的矿井设备资源,提出了一种基于决策实验法和网络层次分析法、灰色系统(Decision-making and trial evaluation laboratory,analytic network processand grey system,DANP-GS)的矿井设备源选择模型。设计基于服务质量(Quality of service,QoS)指标体系的矿井设备资源选择流程,在分析DEMATEL问卷中矿井设备资源QoS指标影响程度的基础上,采用DANP法确定各指标权重和关联,结合灰色系统(Grey system)求得多个候选矿井设备资源所对应的服务质量评价值,最后通过实例分析,验证了该方法的可行性和有效性,并为煤矿企业选择设备资源提供重要参考依据。Mine equipment resource is a key resource for serving mine production.Because of its ambiguity,complexity and dynamics,it becomes the key to the comprehensive benefits of mine production.In order to reasonably select high-quality mine equipment resources,a mine equipment source selection model based on decision-making experiment method,analytic network process and gray system(DANP-GS)is proposed.The mine equipment resource selection process based on the quality of service(QoS)index system is designed.Based on the analysis of the influential degree of the mine equipment resource QoS index in the DEMATEL questionnaire,the DANP method is used to determine the weight and correlation of each index,and combined with the grey system to obtain the qualities of service evaluation values corresponding to multiple candidate mine equipment resources,,finally,the feasibility and effectiveness of the method are verified through an example analysis,providing an important reference for coal mining enterprises to select equipment resources.
