摘 要:针对工业工程用电负荷增加的现状,提出一种基于配电柜计算负荷的方法,该方法是将传统分析负荷用来判断负荷变化情况和进行负荷调整的计算方法,以提高用电负荷数据的准确性和时效性。以黄陵煤矿井下智能选矸项目配电系统用电负荷数据为研究对象,通过对样本数据进行聚类分析等初步计算,验证该方法的可行性和有效性,现场采用该方法对设备负荷进行计算,并对计算结果进行分析。结果表明,与现有方法相比,需要系数法能较大幅度的减少计算工作量,且参数敏感性较低,能够满足煤矿井下现场使用要求。A method of calculating load based on power distribution cabinets is proposed in light of the current situation of increasing electric load in industrial engineering.This method uses the traditional analysis of load to determine the load change and the calculation method of load adjustment to improve the accuracy and timeliness of the electricity consumption load data.Taking the power consumption load data of the distribution system of the underground intelligent gangue selection project of Huangling coal mine as the research project,the feasibility and effectiveness of the method is verified by preliminary calculations such as cluster analysis of sample data.The method was used to calculate the equipment load,and the calculation results were analyzed.The results show that,compared with existing methods,the demand coefficient method can substantially reduce the calculation volume with low parameter sensitivity,thus meeting the actual requirement of the mine.
