摘　　要：煤矸石堆放场综合治理的根本目的是解决矸石堆放对区域水体、土壤、自然环境等带来的污染问题,达到项目的社会效益、环境效益和经济效益,保证当地经济的健康和可持续发展。针对陕煤蒲白矿区白水煤矿矸石堆放场堆积污染现状,经过就地封场与异地填埋综合治理方案综合比较,决定采用矸石场就地封场工艺技术方案。在此基础上,结合实际情况,进行合理、行之有效的方案设计,并采用相应的技术措施,对矸石堆体进行整形,对堆体气体进行有效疏导,建立库区雨水导排系统、封库覆盖系统,恢复植被,提高景观质量,使其与周围环境和谐统一,实现生态修复目标。The fundamental purpose of the comprehensive management of coal gangue dump is to solve the pollution problems of regional water,soil and natural environment caused by coal gangue stacking,thus achieving the social,environmental and economic effect of the project and ensuring the healthy and sustainable development of the local economy.In view of the current situation of accumulated pollution in the gangue dump of Baishui Coal Mine of Pubai Mining Area,and through the comprehensive comparison of in-situ closure and remote landfill comprehensive treatment scheme,the in-situ closure technology scheme of gangue dump is determined.Combined with the actual situation,a reasonable and effective scheme design was carried out,and corresponding technical measures were adopted.The methods of shaping the gangue heap,effectively dredging the gas of the heap,establishing the rainwater drainage system in the reservoir area,sealing the reservoir coverage system,restoring vegetation and improving the landscape quality are adopted,which is in harmony with the surrounding environment to achieve the goal of ecological restoration.
