摘 要:为满足煤矿开拓掘进巷道支护、安全及环保的要求,基于快速薄喷喷涂技术及相关材料技术应用现状,研制了煤岩体表面柔性喷涂材料,即双采(SCPPT-2型)复合喷涂材料。将该材料应用于下峪口煤矿2-2煤层采区边界泄水巷开拓巷道支护,并以该项目的开展为基础,定型了封闭围岩面的非反应型薄喷产品。研究结果及现场应用表明,所研制的薄喷材料成膜质量好,抗拉强度大于2.5 MPa,环保性能达到室内建材标准;薄喷技术与喷射混凝土相比,材料运输量减少90%以上,用人量大大减少,施工速度提高4~6倍,封堵后的巷道内瓦斯溢出明显减少。In order to meet the requirements of support,safety and environmental protection of mining roadway,based on the rapid thin spraying technology and the application status of related material technology,a flexible spraying material,that is,double mining(SCPPT-2 type)composite spraying material applying on the surface of coal and rock mass was developed and applied to the developing roadway support of drainage way at the boundary of Xiayukou Coal Mine 2-2 coal seam mining area.Based on the development of this project,the non-reactive thin spray products for sealing surrounding rock face are finalized.The research results and field application show that the developed thin spraying materials have good film forming quality,tensile strength is greater than 2.5 MPa,and environmental protection performance reaches the standard of indoor building materials.Compared with SHOTCRETE,thin spraying technology can reduce the material transportation by more than 90%,greatly reduce the number of workers,increase the construction speed by 4~6 times,and significantly reduce the gas overflow in the roadway after sealing.
