覆膜管状涤锦梭织物的制备与性能研究

摘  要:埋地燃气管道在使用多年后会出现腐蚀穿孔、缝隙裂纹等损坏问题,结合目前应用广泛的原位固化法,制备覆膜管状涤锦复合梭织物作为复合材料的增强体来翻衬修复这些受损的管道,并解决内衬材料在长期修复中出现的强度下降、材料脱落等问题。基于薄壁圆筒理论、工程力学等,通过对纱线线密度、纱线强度的理论设计,制备出燃气管道修复用覆膜管状涤锦梭织物,并对其拉伸性能、树脂携带量、剥离强度等进行测试分析,结果表明:制备的覆膜管状涤锦梭织物经向断裂强度为67.150MPa,纬向断裂强度为35.300MPa,在拉伸性能上符合燃气管道的修复要求;其树脂携带量为4893g/m^(2),剥离强度为31.4N/cm,能避免修复材料从管壁上脱落。Buried gas pipelines will be damaged by corrosion,perforation,crack and other problems after many years of service.Combined with the widely used in-situ curing method,tubular polyester/chinlon woven fabric is prepared as the reinforcement of composite materials to repair these damaged pipelines,and solve the problems of strength decline and material fall off in the long-term repair of lining materials.Based on thin-wall cylinder theory,engineering mechanics,etc.,through the theoretical design of yarn fineness and yarn strength,the film-covered tubular polyester/chinlon fabric for gas pipeline was prepared,and its tensile properties,resin carrying capacity,peel strength,etc.,were tested and analyzed.The results showed:The warp breaking strength of the prepared coated tubular polyester/nylon fabric is 67.150 MPa and the weft breaking strength is 35.300 MPa,which meets the requirements of gas pipeline repair in tensile properties.Resin carrying capacity is 4893 g/m^(2) and peeling strength is 31.4 N/cm,which can prevent the repair material from falling off the tube wall.
