摘 要:为了改善和解决高密度经编仿梭织织物深色和浅色规格差异问题,设计了6个实验,分别阐述了精练温度、染色温度、染色时间和纱线沸水收缩率对织物深、浅色规格差异的影响。通过相关的试验和数据分析,结果表明:延长浅色染色时间和低沸水收缩率的纱线可以使得织物深、浅色规格接近,解决经编仿梭织织物深浅色规格差异问题。In order to improve and solve the problem of difference between dark color and light color specifica-tions of high density warp knitted imitation woven fabric,six experiments were designed.The effects of refining tem-perature,dyeing temperature,dyeing time and boiling water shrinkage of yarn on the problem of different specifica-tions between dark and light colors were discussed.The results of experiment and data analysis show that the yarns with longer dyeing time and low boiling water shrinkage can make the dark and light specifications of the fabric close to each other,and solve the problem of the difference between the dark and light specifications of the warp knitted imitation woven fabric.
