摘 要:为了探究毛类梭织物的抗起毛起球性能,选取9块常见的羊毛及其混纺梭织面料进行抗起毛起球的试验。测试面料中纤维的直径、强伸性、摩擦系数,并计算相关系数,分析不同结构毛织物抗起毛起球性的影响因素。结果表明:不同结构的羊毛织物其抗起毛起球性为3~5级,差异较大。不同结构毛织物起毛起球的影响因素不同,经过缩绒的毛织物,纤维与胶辊摩擦系数对抗起毛起球性影响最大,依次是平均直径、断裂伸长率和断裂功,其次,外力大小也对是否起球产生影响。In order to explore the anti-pilling performance of wool woven fabrics,9 kinds of common wool woven fabrics were tested.Fiber diameter,breaking strength and elongation,the coefficient of friction in fabrics were tested.The factors affecting were analysised for three dfferent structures fabrics in anti-pilling properties by calculating the correlation coefficient.The results showed that the anti-pilling grade of three dfferent structures fabrics were grade3-5,with great difference.The factors affecting of anti-pilling properties were different for different structures fabrics.For fleeced fabrics,the biggest influence was friction coefficient between fiber and roller,successively,average diameter,breaking elongation,and work of fracture.Secondly,the size of external force can also have an effect.
