摘　　要：针对现阶段标准动车组塞拉门调整过程中关键尺寸难测量问题以及塞拉门动作试验跨施工周期问题,研究、策划并设计出一套塞拉门智能调试装置,在不增加原有施工量的前提下,该装置可以精准测量关键尺寸并进行自动计算存储,同时通过智能电调系统实现检测塞拉门动作良好与否等功能,通过人机交互界面,实现关键数据的采集与存储。多系统接口让该装置在动车组新造、检修相关场景中表现出良好的适用性,具有广泛的推广意义。To overcome the current difficulty of measurement of critical dimensions during the commissioning of the sliding plug door of standard multiple unit and solve the problem of the crossing construction periods of the action test of sliding plug door,an intelligent commissioning device for sliding plug door has been studied,planned and designed.Without increasing the original construction volume,this device can precisely measure the critical dimensions and automatically calculate and save the dimensions,meanwhile,it can realize the detection of the action of sliding plug door and other functions through the intelligent electrical commissioning system and realize the acquisition and storage of critical data through man-machine interface.The multisystem interface allows this device to be well adapted to the new building and inspection and repair scenarios of multiple unit with an extensive generalizing significance.
