摘 要:推动建筑迈向近零能耗已成为“2030年碳达峰、2060年碳中和”目标下建筑领域发展的重要路径之一。作为北京大兴国际机场临空经济区近零能耗建筑示范项目,详细介绍了生产调度楼实现近零能耗建筑的设计难点及技术措施应用情况。模拟计算了该项目的全年运行能耗、节能率及可再生能源利用率等指标,结果显示,综合节能率为77.50%,建筑本体节能率为41.35%,可再生能源利用率达到61.63%,实现了近零能耗建筑目标。Promoting buildings towards near zero energy consumption has become one of the important paths for the development of the construction industry under the goals of peaking carbon emissions by 2030 and achieving carbon neutrality by 2060.As a demonstration project of near zero energy consumption buildings in the airport economic zone of Beijing Daxing International Airport,thispaper provides a detailed introduction to thedesign difficulties and technical measuresfor achieving near zero energy consumption buildings in the production dispatch building.The annual operational energy consumption,energy efficiency,and renewable energy utilization rate of the project were simulated and calculated.The results showed that the comprehensive energy efficiency rate was 77.50%,the energy efficiency rate of the building itself was 41.35%,and the renewable energy utilization rate reached 61.63%,achieving the goal of near zero energy consumption for buildings.
