摘　　要：彩铃业务历经10余年发展,已成为运营商用户接受度最高,市场收入贡献最大的应用及信息服务产品之一,但现网彩铃话单的传送方式采用的是彩铃集中平台通过FTP的方式接收31省话单数据,传输协议未加密,且以明文方式存储和转发。为响应数据保护相关法律法规政策,文中对话单数据文件、数据库数据的加解密,话单数据静态脱敏,加强敏感信息保护等方案进行研究,实现管理系统对彩铃数据统一管理并配置。After more than 10 years of development,ringtone business has become one of the application and information service products with the highest user acceptance and the largest contribution to market revenue of operators.However,the transmission meth⁃od of the existing network ringtone single adopts the centralized platform of ringtone to receive the single data of 31 provinces through FTP,and the transmission protocol is not encrypted,and it is stored and forwarded in clear text.In order to respond to the data protec⁃tion related laws and regulations and policies,the paper researches on the encryption and decryption of single data file and database da⁃ta,static desensitization of single data,and strengthening of the protection of sensitive information,so as to realize the management sys⁃tem′s unified management of the ringtone data and configure it.
