摘　　要：【目的】顺序功能图编程方法思路清晰,在PLC编程中广泛应用,是针对复杂问题最为有效的编程方法。在西门子S7-1200系列PLC中,没有专门的SFC编程模块。对于编程人员,必须要掌握SFC编程方法的精髓,将顺序功能图转换为梯形图,实现SFC编程。【方法】课题组研制了一款中药自动称量抓药机,选用S7-1214C型PLC作为控制器,设计了中药自动称量抓药机控制系统的主电路图、控制电路图、SFC顺序功能图及梯形图程序,并在天煌教仪THPFSM-2型网络型可编程控制器综合实验装置上进行实验验证。【结果与结论】经过样机设计制作、接线调试、实验验证,体现了顺序功能图编程方法的优点,证实了采用SFC方法设计的中药自动称量抓药机的控制系统具备可行性、正确性。其设计过程也是用SFC方法解决问题的过程,具有普遍性和可推广价值。[Objective]The sequential function diagram programming method has a clear idea and is widely used in PLC programming.It is the most effective programming method for complex problems.In the Siemens S7-1200 series PLC,there is no dedicated SFC programming module.For programmers,it is necessary to master the essence of SFC programming methods,convert sequential function diagrams into ladder diagrams,and achieve SFC programming.[Method]The research group developed an automatic weighing and grabbing machine for traditional Chinese medicine,using S7-1214C PLC as the controller.The main circuit diagram,control circuit diagram,SFC sequence function diagram,and ladder diagram program of the control system for the automatic weighing and grabbing machine for traditional Chinese medicine were designed,and experimental verification was carried out on the THPFSM-2 network programmable controller comprehensive experimental device of the Tianhuang Teaching Instrument.[Result and Conclusion]Through prototype design,wiring debugging,and experimental verification,the advantages of the sequential function diagram programming method have been demonstrated,confirming the feasibility and correctness of the control system of the traditional Chinese medicine automatic weighing and grabbing machine designed using the SFC method.The design process is also a process of using SFC method to solve problems,which has universality and generalizability value.
