摘  要:【目的】探讨不同水分条件下土壤N_(2)O排放对外源碳添加的响应,明确N_(2)O排放与碳源的关系,为农田土壤N_(2)O减排提供理论依据。【方法】设置不添加碳源(C0)、按2 g kg^(-1)含碳量添加葡萄糖(C1)、蔗糖(C2)、甘露醇(C3)共4个不同处理,同时设置低水分(W1)和高水分(W2)两个水分条件,所有处理均添加等量氮肥,在室温25℃下培养一周,测定不同处理的土壤N_(2)O排放通量、CO_(2)排放通量以及土壤无机氮含量。通过统计分析,揭示外源碳和不同水分处理对鄂南棕红壤N_(2)O排放的影响。【结果】在不同水分条件下,外源碳的添加降低了土壤NO_(3)^(-)-N含量和NH_(4)^(+)-N含量。土壤水分显著影响土壤N_(2)O的排放,高水分处理土壤N_(2)O的排放高于低水分处理。与对照相比,添加葡萄糖、蔗糖、甘露醇处理在低水分条件下的土壤N_(2)O-N累积排放量分别增加352.15倍、393.07倍、93.94倍;在高水分条件下,添加葡萄糖、蔗糖、甘露醇处理的土壤N_(2)O-N累积排放量分别增加1.92倍、0.63倍、1.88倍。【结论】3种外源碳输入显著促进土壤N_(2)O排放总量,其中以添加葡萄糖的处理N_(2)O排放最高,高水分条件下土壤N_(2)O排放远高于低水分处理。[Objective]In order to clarify the relationship between soil N_(2)O emission and carbon source,the response of soil N_(2)O emission to carbon addition under different water conditions was studied by indoor incubation experiment.[Method]The experiment set up four different treatments of no carbon source(C0),glucose(C1),sucrose(C2),mannitol(C3)at 2 g kg^(-1) carbon content,and two water conditions of low moisture(W1)and high moisture(W2)were set.All treatments were treated with the same amount of nitrogen fertilizer and cultured at room temperature 25℃ for a week.Soil N_(2)O flux,CO_(2) flux and soil inorganic nitrogen content of different treatments were measured.Through statistical analysis,the effects of exogenous carbon and different water treatments on N_(2)O emission from brown red soil in southern Hubei were revealed.[Result]Under different water conditions,the addition of exogenous carbon decreased the content of NO_(3)^(-)-N and NH_(4)^(+)-N in soil.The results showed that soil moisture significantly affected soil N_(2)O emissions,and the emission of N_(2)O in high-moisture treatment was higher than that in low-moisture treatment.Compared with the control,the cumulative emissions of soil N_(2)O under low moisture conditions were increased by 352.15 times,393.07 times and 93.94 times,respectively,with the addition of glucose,sucrose and mannitol.Under the conditions of high moisture,the cumulative emissions of soil N_(2)O treated with glucose,sucrose and mannitol were increased by 1.92 times,0.63 times and 1.88 times,respectively.[Conclusion]Three kinds of exogenous carbon input significantly promoted the total amount of soil N_(2)O emissions,the treatment added glucose has the highest N_(2)O emission,and the soil N_(2)O emissions under high moisture conditions are much higher than those in low water treatments.
