摘　　要：为提升慢病重点人群个人健康维护技能、改善慢病重点人群健康维护效果,探索重点健康维护行动的方式和内容。对2023年某铁路地区集中健康维护和参与前后血压、血糖指标对比分析,结果表明:三级高血压人数降低24.43%,二级高血压人数降低5.61%;随机血糖≥11.1 mmol/L人数降低32.56%,说明本年度集中维护效果明显。结合健康维护实践,总结集中维护效果和集中维护安排经验,以不断完善健康维护方式,为持续开展健康维护行动发挥积极作用。Improve the personal health maintenance skills of key people with chronic diseases,improve the health maintenance effect of key people with chronic diseases,and explore the ways and contents of key health maintenance actions.The blood pressure and blood glucose indexes before and after centralized health maintenance and participation in a railway area in 2023 were compared and analyzed.The results showed that the number of tertiary hypertension decreased by 24.43%,and the number of secondary hypertension decreased by 5.61%.The number of people with random blood glucose≥11.1 mmol/L decreased by 32.56%,which indicated that the centralized maintenance effect was obvious this year.Combined with the practice of health maintenance,the effect of centralized maintenance and the experience of centralized maintenance arrangement are summarized,so as to continuously improve the way of health maintenance and play an active role in continuously carrying out health maintenance actions.
