摘　　要：结合职业病危害因素现场采样和检测工作经验,对铁路建设期施工概况、铁路施工作业职业病危害因素识别等进行论述,从加强职业健康防护宣传和教育、实行岗位轮班制度、加强工人个体防护用品佩戴监督管理、强化铁路建设的卫生保障措施、改进施工工艺和研发新材料等方面提出铁路施工职业病危害因素防护措施建议,以期降低铁路建设项目施工期人员职业病发生率。Based on the experience of sampling and detecting occupational hazards on site,this paper discusses the general situation of railway construction and the identification of occupational hazards in railway construction,and puts forward some suggestions on the protection measures of occupational hazards in railway construction from the aspects of strengthening the propaganda and education of occupational health protection,implementing the post shift system,strengthening the supervision and management of workers' wearing personal protective equipment,strengthening the health protection measures in railway construction,improving construction technology and developing new materials,so as to reduce the occurrence of occupational diseases in railway construction.
