摘  要:马赛克战是美国围绕高度动态、高度协同、高度自主提出的一种新的作战概念,其核心思想和优势是分布性、动态性和高认知。以“第五代+”技术发展和应用为基础,将信息探测、传输、存储、处理能力一体化融合设计,是构建马赛克战效果网的基础,是实现马赛克自主作战能力的重要支撑。通感算能力融合与互惠共生设计,可以赋予分布式特点战场网络多方位环境感知能力、多手段泛在通联能力和海量信息共享互融能力,可以为未来战术通信系统向认知化、网络化、智能化设计提供一定参考。The Mosaic warfare is a new operational concept put forward by the United States of America with highly dynamic,highly collaborative and highly autonomous features.Its core ideas and advantages are distributed,dynamic and highly cognitive features.Based upon the development and application of"fifth generation plus"technology,the integrated fusion design of information detection,transmission,storage and processing capabilities is the foundation for building the Mosaic warfare effect networks and an important support for achieving the autonomous combat capability of Mosaic warfare.The integration of communication-sensing-computing capability and mutually beneficial,co-survival design can offer the distributed battlefield network with multi-directional environment sensing capability,multi-means ubiquitous communication capability and massive information sharing and integration capability,which can provide certain references for the cognitive,networked and intelligent design of future tactical communication systems.
