摘  要:污泥的处理一直是水处理面临的一大难题,尤其是含难降解有机污染物或重金属的污泥。近年来,许多学者研究发现烧制污泥陶粒是这类污泥处置与资源化利用的有效途径之一。以南宁市华鸿污水处理厂污泥以及膨润土、粘土为原料制备污泥陶粒,通过配比试验和烧制工艺试验,以此得到的原料配比和烧制工艺结果作为正交实验因素,并进行L9(3^(4))正交实验,探讨了陶粒膨胀机制和原料化学成分对制备陶粒的影响,以及原料配比,烧制过程中时间和温度对陶粒性能的影响,由正交实验结果得到最优陶粒,其配料为:膨润土∶污泥∶膨润土=5∶2∶3,烧制条件为预热温度为400℃,预热20 min,烧结温度为1100℃,烧结15 min,得到堆积密度为691.47 kg/m^(3),表观密度为1.61 g/m^(3),1 h吸水率为9%,空隙率为57.05%的陶粒,对其进行有毒金属浸出测试,毒性浸出实验结果表明污泥陶粒符合国标要求,不会造成二次污染。Sludge treatment has always been a major problem in water treatment,especially the sludge containing refractory organic pollutants or heavy metals.In recent years,many scholars have found that firing sludge ceramsite is one of the effective ways of sludge disposal and resource utilization.Based on the sludge and bentonite,clay from Nanning Huahong Sewage Treatment Plant as raw material preparation of sludge ceramsite,by matching test and firing technology test,the ratio to get the raw material and firing technology factors as orthogonal test,and then performing L9(3^(4))orthogonal experiment,the influence of ceramsite expansion mechanism and the chemical composition of raw materials is discussedon the preparation of ceramsite as well as the influence of raw material ratio,time and temperature on the performance of ceramicite in the firing process,the optimal ceramsite was obtained from the results of orthogonal experiment.The ingredients were bentonite:sludge:bentonite=523,the firing conditions were preheating temperature of 400℃,preheating for 20 min,sintering temperature of 1100℃,sintering for 15 min,and the bulk density was 691.47 kg/m^(3).The toxic metal leaching test was carried out on the ceramsite with the apparent density of 1.61 g/m^(3),1 h water absorption rate of 9%and voidage ratio of 57.05%.The results of the toxic leaching test showed that the sludge ceramsite met the requirements of the national standard and would not cause secondary pollution.
