摘 要:课程思政是新时代对国际经济与贸易人才多维培养模式提出的新要求,课程思政建设与国际经济与贸易专业实践能力培养有效协同仍是关键问题。构建KSAO模型,通过知识、技能、能力和其他特质四个关键维度分析国际经济与贸易专业能力框架,深入理解课程思政建设和专业实践能力培养的重要性和必要性,梳理国际经济与贸易专业能力培养体系中存在的问题。因此,教师应当合理规划课堂教学方式和手段,构建科学的学科体现,提供解决实际问题的能力训练,帮助学生树立正确的世界观、人生观、价值观,注重职业发展能力和终身学习能力的培养。The ideological and political education is a new requirement for the multi-dimensional training mode of international economic and trade talents in the new era.To construct the KSAO model to analyze the professional competence framework of international economy and trade through the four key dimensions of knowledge,skills,competence and other characteristics,deeply understand the importance and necessity of ideological and political construction and professional practice ability training,sort out the problems existing in the professional ability training system of international economy and trade.Therefore,teachers should plan classroom teaching methods and means reasonably,construct scientific subject embodiment,provide ability training to solve practical problems,and help students to set up correct world outlook,life outlook and values,pay attention to professional development ability and lifelong learning ability.
