摘　　要：我国城市发展已经进入管理时代,构建既符合新时期要求又能够解决目前城市管理困境的城市管理模式,推动城市管理模式创新,具有重要的现实意义。重庆“大城三管”是根据自身条件探索创立的城市管理模式,借鉴重庆“大城细管”“大城众管”“大城智管”模式的基本内容与运行逻辑,可以构建包括城市管理主体、管理对象、管理目标、管理方式以及管理支撑平台的城市管理创新模式,这一模式能够提高城市管理的精细化与智慧化水平,并提高城市运行效率。China's urban development has entered the management era.Building urban management patterns that can meet the requirements of new era,solve the current urban management difficulties,and promote urban management pattern innovation,has important practical significance.Chongqing "big city three tiers of management" is an urban management mode that was configured according to its own conditions.By drawing on the basic content and operation logic of Chongqing "big city meticulous management","big city public management",and "big city smart management" modes,it can build an innovative urban management pattern that includes urban management subjects,objects,objectives,methods,and platforms.This pattern can improve the refined and intelligent level of urban management,and improve urban operational efficiency.
