摘　　要：全面放开养老市场,鼓励养老企业进入社区兴办连锁养老机构,促进了社区养老服务供给的多元化,有助于提升社区养老服务水平。但市场主体究竟以何种形式入驻社区,兴办何种形式的养老机构,如何开展养老服务等问题尚未解决。市场主体参与社区养老,必须首先理顺市场与政府、社区和社会等多元主体的关系。市场具有逐利性特征,而社区养老则表现出福利性和公平性的一面,如何在提升社区养老服务水平的同时兼顾养老机构的可持续发展,是市场参与社区养老必须解决的问题。从理顺社区养老各主体关系的角度,构建市场参与社区养老服务的路径,并结合具体调研案例,讨论市场参与社区养老的具体模式和实践逻辑。Fully liberalize the old-age market,encourage pension enterprises to enter the community to set up chain care institutions,promote the diversification of community pension service supply,and help to improve the level of community care services.However,the question of how the market enters the community,what form of old-age care institutions to set up,and how to carry out old-age services has not yet been resolved.Market participants involved in community pension,must first straighten out the relationship between the market and the government,community and society.The market has a profit-seeking feature,while community pensions show a welfare and fairness.How to improve the level of community care services while taking into account the sustainable development of the old-age care institutions is a problem that must be solved in the market participation in community pension.This paper constructs the path of market participation in community pension service from the perspective of rationalizing the relationship between the various pensions in the community,and discusses the specific patterns and practical logic of market participation in community pension in combination with specific practical cases.
