摘　　要：为推进医院的信息化建设,满足电子病历评级要求,提升电子病历功能应用水平,提高患者就医的效率。以问题为导向,通过分析医院在电子病历应用评级方面的意义以及存在的主要问题,根据发现的不足和短板提出了解决方案,上线了新的信息系统,并通过系统之间的技术整合以及数据平台的建设,打破了医院信息孤岛,实现了数据的互联互通互操作,以电子病历为核心的信息系统应用达到了国家评级的标准,规范了医疗流程,满足了临床需求,提升了医疗服务的安全、质量与效率。To promote the informatization construction of hospitals,meet the requirements of electronic medical record rating,improve the application level of electronic medical record functions,and improve the efficiency of pa-tient medical treatment.Guided by problems,by analyzing the significance and main problems of hospitals in the ap-plication rating of electronic medical records,solutions were proposed based on the identified shortcomings and shortcomings.A new information system was launched,and through the integration of technology between systems and the construction of data platforms,the hospital information island was broken down,achieving data intercon-nection and interoperability,The application of information systems with electronic medical records as the core has met the national rating standards,standardized medical processes,met clinical needs,and improved the safety,quality,and efficiency of medical services.
