摘　　要：热连轧板带生产线中,在每架精轧机之间都安装有一个活套,用于带钢张力的控制,保证生产的稳定轧制。活套机械结构之间运动中存在摩擦阻力,摩擦阻力过大将影响活套的正常工作。摩擦力测试是活套故障排查的一个重要手段,有助于及时准确地判断活套状况,方便设备人员快速找出问题,恢复活套的重要功能。In hot strip production line,a looper is installed between each finishing mill stand for the control of strip tension.Looper is an important component of finishing rolling process,which ensures the stable rolling of pro-duction.The mechanical structure of the looper determines that there is friction resistance in the movement of its in-ternal parts.When the friction resistance is too large,the normal operation of the looper will be affected.Friction test is an important means of looper troubleshooting,which helps to judge looper condition,assist equipment per-sonnel to find out the problem quickly,and restore the important function of the looper.
