摘　　要：中国共产党重视借助媒介建构革命记忆,以发挥历史记忆在形塑政治认同、建设政治文化和实施政治动员方面的价值功能。新中国成立后创办的《红旗飘飘》丛刊,是中国共产党记忆建构实践中的典型。《红旗飘飘》通过多途径汇集革命史料、多形式呈现革命记忆、多主题聚焦时政热点,传达了中国共产党革命的史事记忆、主体记忆、价值记忆和精神记忆,彰显出保存革命历史、引领革命理想、传承革命精神、凝聚记忆经验等多方面价值。《红旗飘飘》办刊实践对新时代继续建构党的历史记忆和深化党史学习教育亦具有重要启迪意义。The CPC attaches great importance to the construction of revolutionary memory through the media,so as to give play to the value function of historical memory in shaping political identity,building political culture and implementing political mobilization.The Red Flag Fluttering,founded after the founding of the People’s Republic of China,is undoubtedly a typical example of the CPC’s memory construction practice.It collects revolutionary historical materials through multiple channels,presents revolutionary memories in multiple forms,focuses on current political hotspots in multiple themes,and memorizes the historical events,subjects,values and spiritual memories of the CPC’s revolution.It is also of great inspiring significance for continuing to construct the party’s historical memory and deepening the party’s historical education in the new era.
