摘　　要：水磨石贴面用在翻板闸门水闸闸墙中,作为闸门启闭滑落轨道时,由于长期外露,且闸门水封与水磨石贴面幕墙紧密贴合,经潮涨潮落、风浪冲刷及运行过程中受外力挤压碰撞,极易造成水磨石面板破碎脱落,从而影响闸门启闭,导致运行故障。针对水闸闸墙采用水磨石贴面施工时,通过采用型钢短槽式石材干挂结构系统,将饰面板材固定在建筑物上,形成石材饰面幕墙,再进行石材背侧高强无收缩材料灌浆,密实填充幕墙与闸墙间空隙产生了明显效果,有效避免上述问题的发生,保证工程施工安全和质量。The terrazzo veneer is used in the gate wall of the flip gate.As the sliding track of the gate opening and closing,due to long-term exposure and the closely fitted gate water seal with the terrazzo veneer curtain wall,the terrazzo panels are prone to break and fall off,which affects the gate opening and closing and leads to operation failure.For the construction of the sluice wall with terrazzo veneer,through the use of steel short-slot stone dry hanging structure system,the veneer plate is fixed on the building to form a stone veneer curtain wall,and then the stone back side of the high-strength non-shrink material is groute to form a dense filling the gap between the curtain wall and the gate wall.The method can effectively avoid the occurrence of the above-mentioned problems,ensuring the construction safety and quality of the project.
