摘 要:磁粉检测是检测铁磁性材料表面及近表面缺陷最有效的手段,而在磁粉检测中,交叉磁轭法是最常用的检测方法。交叉磁轭法可以检测出非常小的缺陷,因为在磁化循环的每个周期都使磁场方向与缺陷延伸方向相垂直,一次磁化可检测出工件表面任何方向的缺陷,检测效率高。目前,现有技术在进行交义磁轮法磁粉检测过程中因存在较大的人为因素,导致检测精准度较低,同时加大检测人员需求,且对检测人员的操作经验要求较高。为此,需要设计新的技术方案给予解决,本课题研究的目的是提供一种交叉磁轭法磁粉检测自动爬行装置,解决现有技术中检测中参与人员较多、对技术人员的操作经验要求较高同时容易降低检测精度的问题。Magnetic particle testing is the most effective method to detect the surface and near surface defects of ferromagnetic materials,and in magnetic particle testing,cross-yoke method is the most commonly used detection method.The cross-yoke method can detect very small defects because the magnetic field direction is perpendicular to the defect extension direction at each cycle of the magnetization cycle,so a single magnetization can detect defects on the surface of the workpiece in any direction,high detection efficiency.At present,the existing technology in the process of magnetic particle detection caused the detection of low accurancy,because of the existence of larger human factors,while increasing the needs of detection personnel,and for the detection of personnel operating experience requirements are high.Therefore,it is necessary to design a new technical scheme to solve this problem.The aim of this research is to provide an automatic crawling device for magnetic particle detection with cross-yoke method,the invention solves the problem that there are many participants in the detection in the prior art,the operating experience of the technical personnel is required to be higher,and the detection precision is easy to be reduced.
