摘  要:信息物理生产系统(CPPS)具有互联互通、高度集成、人机协同、数据驱动等特点,使其对工业生产过程可实施高效管控,同时也带来诸多安全挑战,包括传统预防/减轻措施降险能力减弱,信息物理深度融合、智能化等新技术和新产品带来的新的不可接受风险等,急需解决新形势下的功能安全问题、信息安全问题以及功能安全与信息安全协同问题。本文梳理了CPPS安全挑战与安全领域的映射关系,提出了协同功能安全和信息安全的安全一体化解决思路。The Cyber-Physical Production System(CPPS)is characterized by interconnection,high integration,human-machine collaboration,data-driven,which enables it to implement efficient control of industrial production processes,but also brings many safety and security challenges,including the weakening of the risk reduction ability of traditional prevention/mitigation measures,and the new unacceptable risks brought by new technologies and products such as deep integration of cyber and physical and intelligence.It is urgent to solve the functional safety problems in the new situation,the security problems,and the collaborative issues.This paper sorts out the mapping relationship between CPPS safety challenges and safety/security fields,and proposes a solution of safety and security integration.
