摘 要:近十年统计分析,在所有建筑类型中公共建筑碳排放强度持续最高,公共建筑是实现“30·60”双碳战略目标的重中之重。随着智能家电设备的迅猛普及以及建筑空间物联网技术的成熟,可以在不对原用能系统进行大规模调整的前提下,通过实施行为节能智慧解决方案,人为设定或采用一定技术手段或做法,使供电、供暖、供水等能耗系统运行向着人们需要的方向发展,减少不必要的能源浪费,减少管理成本,提升管理效率。这类方案的普遍应用将为建筑节能贡献重要力量。According to statistical analysis over the past decade,the carbon emission intensity of public buildings continues to be the highest among all types of buildings,thereby the realization of"30-60"Double Carbon strategic goal of public buildings is the most important.With the rapid development of smart home appliances and the maturity of building space Internet of Things technology,the behavioral energy-saving smart solution can be manually set or adopted by certain technical means or practices without large-scale adjustment of the original energy system.The operation of energy consumption systems such as power supply,heating and water supply is developed in the direction of people's needs,so as to reduce unnecessary energy waste,decrease management costs,and improve management efficiency.The widespread application of such scheme will contribute significantly to building energy efficiency.
