摘　　要：近年来国内钢结构模块化建筑得到迅速发展,特别是应用于快速建造的新型模块化学校、应急医院等建筑得到应用。本文分析当前钢结构模块化建筑制造痛点和钢结构模块化建筑的生产工艺、生产要素进行剖析,以某建设集团的工模块化生产线为案例,总结并梳理了生产线的设计、工艺水平及技术要点,在此基础上进行了产能分析,为钢结构模块化生产线提供参考。In recent years,modular steel structures have developed rapidly in China,especially in the application of new modular buildings such as schools and emergency hospitals for rapid construction.This article introduces the current pain points in the manufacturing of modular steel structures,and analyzes the production processes and factors of modular steel structures.Taking the modular production line of a construction group as a case study,the design,process level,and technical points of the production line are summarized and sorted out.Based on this,a production capacity analysis is conducted to provide reference for modular steel structure production lines.
