摘 要:近年来,建筑物的碳排放成为行业的关注重点,为测算建筑拆除处理阶段的碳排放量,将其进一步细分为建筑拆除、建筑废弃物运输和废弃物处置等工序,提出了各工序的碳排放模型,并以湖州某教学楼为例进行了碳排放量的测算分析。结果表明,建筑拆除工序碳排放占整个建筑拆除处理阶段碳排放量的22.5%,废弃物运输工序碳排放量占比为28.7%,废弃物处置工序碳排放量占比为48.8%,建筑材料的回收利用有效降低了碳排放,可为建筑的节能减排提供参考。In recent years,the carbon emissions of buildings have become the focus of the construction industry.The calculation of building carbon emissions at demolition stage is further subdivided into building demolition,construction waste transportation and waste disposal and other processes,and the carbon emission model of each process is put forward.A teaching building in Huzhou is taken as an example to calculate and analyze the carbon emissions.The results showed that the carbon emission of building demolition process accounted for 22.5%of the carbon emission of the whole building demolition stage,while the carbon emission of waste transportation process and waste disposal process accounted for 28.7%,and 48.8%respectively.The recycling and utilization of building materials could effectively reduce the carbon emissions,providing reference for building energy conservation and emission reduction.
