摘　　要：目的观察两种长度的中线导管在静脉穿刺困难患者短期输液治疗中的应用效果。方法按随机数字表将156例静脉穿刺困难患者分为试验组和对照组,各78例。试验组置入10 cm迷你中线导管,对照组置入25 cm中线导管,比较两组导管相关并发症的总发生率、因并发症拔管率、导管留置时间。结果导管相关并发症总发生率试验组为33.33%、对照组为11.54%,χ^(2)=10.646,P=0.002;因并发症拔管率试验组为17.95%、对照组为2.56%,χ^(2)=10.029,P=0.003;导管留置时间试验组为6.00(5.00,6.00)d、对照组为5.00(5.00,6.00)d,Z=0.617,P=0.537。结论在短期输液治疗的静脉穿刺困难患者中,迷你中线导管相关并发症总发生率及因并发症拔管率均高于25 cm中线导管,但两者的留置时间并无差异。Objective This study aimed to observe the application effectiveness of two different lengths of midline catheters in short-term infusion therapy for patients with difficult intravenous access.Methods A total of 156 patients experiencing difficult intravenous access were randomly assigned into two groups:the test group(78 cases)and the control group(78 cases).The test group received a 10 cm mini midline catheters,while the control group received a 25 cm midline catheters.The study compared the total incidence of catheter-related complications,the rate of catheter extubation due to complications,and the duration of catheter retention between the two groups.Results The test group exhibited a higher total incidence of catheter-related complications(33.33%vs.11.54%)and a higher rate of catheter extubation due to complications(17.95%vs.2.56%)compared to the control group,with statistically significant differences(χ^(2)=10.646,P=0.002;χ^(2)=10.029,P=0.003).However,there was no significant difference in the catheter retention time between the two groups(Z=0.617,P=0.537).Conclusion In patients with difficult intravenous access requiring short-term infusion therapy,the total incidence of complications related to mini-midline catheters and the rate of catheter extubation due to complications were higher than those of 25 cm midline catheters.However,there was no significant difference in the duration of catheter retention between the two groups.
