全媒体时代海关传媒发展与服务高水平开放的实证分析

摘  要:在全媒体时代下,海关传媒能够更容易成为国际贸易管理部门与企业、公众沟通的桥梁和纽带,成为服务“建设贸易强国”“促进高水平开放”的重要工具。海关传媒在服务高水平开放方面发挥了积极作用。通过因子分析的方法,对海关传媒全媒体发展指数进行了测算,并借助格兰杰因果检验和协整分析的方法验证了海关传媒全媒体发展对高水平开放有显著的促进作用。未来,海关传媒应进一步做好高水平开放方面重要精神的宣传工作,优化与整合海关传媒的全媒体资源并提升全媒体的互动性,更好地配合海关服务高水平开放。During the era of all media,customs media can easily become a bridge and link for communication between international trade regulatory departments,enterprises,and the public.It plays an important role in serving the construction of a strong trading country and promoting high-level openness.Customs media has actively contributed to high-level openness.The all-media development index of customs media was calculated using factor analysis.The Granger causality test and cointegration analysis were used to verify the significant role of all-media development in promoting high-level openness.In the future,customs media should further promote the important principles of high-level openness,optimize and integrate all-media resources of customs media,and enhance all-media interactivity in order to better support customs services for high-level openness.
