摘 要:目的了解血液科护士职业获益感现状,分析反刍思维对血液科护士职业获益感水平的影响。方法采取便利抽样法选取乌鲁木齐市5所三级甲等医院的326名血液科护士作为研究对象,采用一般资料调查问卷、职业获益感量表、反刍思维评定量表进行调查。结果血液科护士职业获益感总分(123.67±13.43)分,条目均分最高和最低的维度分别是良好护患关系和正向职业感知;反刍思维总分(43.20±8.07)分,相关性分析结果显示,血液科护士职业获益感与反刍思维总分及各维度得分均呈负相关(P<0.01或P<0.05);分层回归分析结果显示,护龄、平均每月夜班数、反刍思维是血液科护士职业获益感的主要影响因素。结论血液科护士职业获益感处于中等水平,且对反刍思维的发生有一定的抑制作用,建议护理管理者关注血液科护士的职业压力和情绪体验,减少和消除反刍思维形成的不良影响,维护护士的身心健康,进而提高护理服务质量。Objective To investigate the status quo of professional benefit of hematology nurses and analyze the correlation between ru-minant thinking and professional benefit.Methods A total of 326 nurses from hematology department from 5 Grade A hospitals in Urumqi were recruited by convenience sampling method.General data questionnaire,Career Benefit Scale and Ruminant Thinking Rating Scale were used to collect data.Results The total score of professional benefit of hematology nurses was(123.67±13.43),the score of good nurse-patient relationship was highest and the score of positive professional perception was lowest.The total score of ruminant thinking was(43.20±8.07).Pro-fessional benefit were negatively correlated with the ruminant thinking(P<0.01 or P<0.05).Stratified regression analysis showed that age,av-erage number of night shifts per month and ruminant thinking were the main influencing factors of professional benefit.Conclusion The score of professional benefit of hematology nurses is at a medium level,with a certain inhibitory effect on the ruminant thinking.Nursing managers should pay attention to stress and emotional experience among hematology nurses to reduce the adverse effects of ruminant thinking,maintain their physical and mental health,and improve the quality of nursing service.
