护士长实施领导力对小儿肿瘤相关科室护士循证护理信念的影响——以循证实践工作环境为中介

摘　　要：目的 了解小儿肿瘤相关科室护士长实施领导力、循证实践工作环境和护士循证护理信念的现状,探讨循证实践工作环境在护士长实施领导力和护士循证护理信念间的中介作用。方法 选取广东省20所三级甲等医院中小儿肿瘤相关科室护士为研究对象,使用一般资料调查表、实施领导力量表、循证实践工作环境量表和循证护理信念量表进行调查。结果 小儿肿瘤相关科室护士长实施领导力得分为2.46(1.98,3.25)分,循证实践工作环境得分为29.00(24.00,32.00)分,护士循证护理信念得分为3.44(3.13,3.75)分;三者间呈正相关(P<0.001)。循证实践工作环境在护士长实施领导力和护士循证护理信念间起部分中介作用,中介效应占总效应的35.08%。结论 小儿肿瘤相关科室护士长实施领导力可直接预测护士循证护理信念,小儿肿瘤相关科室循证实践工作环境在护士长实施领导力和护士循证护理信念间起部分中介作用,改善循证实践工作环境有利于提高护士循证护理信念。Objective To understand the status of implementation leadership of head nurses,evidence-based practice(EBP)work environment and EBP beliefs of nurses in pediatric oncology-related departments,and examine the mediation effect of EBP work environment on the association between the two formers.Methods Nurses from pediatric oncology-related departments in 20 grade A tertiary hospitals in Guangdong province were selected and surveyed using general information questionnaire,Implementation Leadership Scale(ILS),EBP Work Environment Scale(EBPWES)and EBP Belief Scale(EBPBS).Results The median scores of nurses on ILS,EBPWES,and EBPBS were 2.46(1.98,3.25),29.00(24.00,32.00)and 3.44(3.13,3.75),respectively,and they were positively correlated with each other(P<0.001).EBP work environment acted as a partial mediator between implementation leadership of head nurses and nurses'EBP beliefs,and its effect size accounted for 35.08%of the total effect.Conclusion In pediatric oncology-related departments,the implementation leadership of head nurses can directly forecast nurses'EBP beliefs,and the association between them is partially mediated by EBP work environment.So impro-ving EBP work environment is beneficial to enhancing nurses'EBP beliefs.
