卵巢癌患者家庭照顾者疾病获益感现状及影响因素研究

摘　　要：目的 了解卵巢癌患者家庭照顾者疾病获益感现状并分析其影响因素。方法 选取2022年1月至9月在青岛市某三级甲等综合医院住院治疗的卵巢癌患者的家庭照顾者204名为研究对象,采用一般资料调查表、中文版疾病获益感量表、照顾者负担量表、心理弹性量表、社会支持评定量表进行问卷调查。结果 卵巢癌患者家庭照顾者疾病获益感总分为(65.08±10.77)分。多元线性回归分析结果显示,照顾者年龄、文化程度、照顾负担、心理弹性及社会支持是卵巢癌患者家庭照顾者疾病获益感的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论 卵巢癌患者家庭照顾者疾病获益感处于中等水平,护士应从影响因素入手,为照顾者制订有针对性、合理的干预措施,以提升其疾病获益感水平,提高照护质量,改善患者预后。Objective To understand the status of benefit finding among family caregivers in ovarian cancer patients and analyze its in-fluencing factors.Methods A total of 204 caregivers of ovarian cancer patients who were hospitalized in a general hospital in Qingdao from January to September 2022 were selected as the research objects.General data questionnaire,Chinese version of Benefit Finding Scale(BFS-C),Zarit Caregiver Burden Inventory(ZBI),Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale(CD-RISC),and Social Support Rating Scale(SSRS)were used to conduct the questionnaire investigation.Results The total score of benefit finding among family caregivers in ovarian cancer patients was(65.08±10.77).Multiple linear regression analysis showed that caregivers age,education level,caregiver burden,psychological resilience and social support were the influencing factors of benefit finding among family caregivers in ovarian cancer patients(P<0.05).Conclusion The benefit finding among family caregivers in ovarian cancer patients is at a moderate level.Nurses should start with influencing factors,develop targeted and rational interventions for caregivers,so as to promote their benefit finding level,improve the quality of care,then improve the prognosis of patients.
