摘　　要：目的 以Donabedian的三维体系理论为支撑,构建脑卒中中医康复护理质量评价指标体系,为临床系统且科学地管理护理工作及评价其护理质量提供可靠依据。方法 以Donabedian的三维体系理论为框架,通过文献法、访谈法及专家论证法制订评价指标初稿,采用Delphi专家函询法及优序图法确定评价指标及其权重。结果 两轮Delphi专家函询的有效回收率分别为94.44%和100%,专家权威系数为0.903和0.891,Kendall’s W协调系数为0.176和0.159。最终确立一个包含9个一级指标、40个二级指标的脑卒中中医康复护理质量评价指标体系。结论 基于多种研究方法构建的脑卒中中医康复护理质量评价指标体系具有科学性及可靠性,能较为全面地衡量脑卒中中医康复护理质量,为评价、改善其护理质量提供依据。Objective Based on Donabedian's three-dimensional system theory,the evaluation index system of stroke TCM rehabilitation nursing quality was constructed,in order to provide a reliable basis for clinical systematic and scientific management of nursing work and evalua-tion of nursing quality.Methods Taking Donabedian's three-dimensional system theory as the framework,the first draft of the evaluation index was formulated through literature research,semi-structured interviews and expert argumentation,and the Delphi expert inquiry method and the optimal sequence diagram method were used to determine the evaluation index and its weight.Results The effective recovery rates of the two rounds of Delphi expert correspondence were 94.44%and 100%respectively,with expert authority coefficients of 0.903 and 0.891,and Kendall's W coordination coefficients of 0.176 and 0.159 respectively.Finally,an index system for evaluating the quality of rehabilitation nursing in stroke TCM was established with 9 first-level indicators and 40 second-level indicators.Conclusion Based on a variety of research methods,the e-valuation index system of stroke TCM rehabilitation nursing quality is scientific and reliable,which can comprehensively measure the quality of stroke TCM rehabilitation nursing and provide a basis for evaluating and improving the quality of stroke TCM rehabilitation nursing.
