摘　　要：目的 探讨儿童专科医院护士的安全行为现状及影响因素。方法 采用一般资料调查表、安全行为调查表、安全文化感知调查表、工作投入问卷对某三级甲等儿童专科医院516名护士进行调查与分析。结果 儿童专科医院护士安全行为得分为(56.50±4.52)分;护士安全行为与工作投入(r=0.426,P<0.01)、安全文化感知(r=0.319,P<0.01)呈正相关;多元线性回归分析显示,年龄、独生子女、安全文化感知及工作投入是儿童专科医院护士安全行为的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论 护理管理者应根据儿童专科医院护士安全行为的影响因素采取针对性管理和培训措施,提升护士的安全行为,保障患者安全。Objective To identify the safety behavior status and its influencing factors on nurses in children's specialized hospital.Methods A total of 516 nurses in a third-grade class-A children's hospital were surveyed using general information questionnaire,Nurse Safety Behavior Questionnaire,Patient Safety Culture Assessment Scale and Utrecht Work Engagement Scale.Results The score of safety be-havior was(56.50±4.52).Nurse safety behavior had a significant positive correlation with work engagement(r=0.426,P<0.01)and safety culture perception(r=0.319,P<0.01).Multiple regression analysis showed that age,only child,perceived safety culture and work engagement were the influencing factors of safety behaviors among nurses in children's hospital(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing managers should take pertinent management and training measures according to the influencing factors of nurses'safety behavior in children's hospital,to improve nurses'safety behavior and ensure patients'safety.
