摘　　要：本文采用奖牌赋分、帕累托分析、绝对优势指数值等研究方法,以2023年全国游泳冠军赛各代表队群体为研究单位,分析各代表队的总体竞技实力及其各项目的优劣势分布情况。研究结果表明:(1)2023年全国游泳冠军赛代表队可划分为三个等级:主要因素代表队5支、次要因素代表队3支和一般因素代表队17支,获奖牌代表队共15支。(2)在女子蝶泳、自由泳和个人混合泳以及在男子仰泳、蛙泳、自由泳和个人混合泳中,均有多名运动员一人包揽几个项目的冠军。(3)在弱势代表队中,男子有山西、云南、重庆浩沙、南玥和井上北华共5支代表队,女子有北京体彩、安徽浩沙、内蒙古、广西浩沙、四川洲克和湖南涟钢共6支代表队,他们没有获得单项的前八名,所以在大多项目上绝对优势指数相对较低。据此,建议:比较优势代表队继续提升;潜优势代表队和弱势代表队大力推行游泳文化建设;改善选拔人才和专业训练的模式等,进一步提升夺金能力。Using medal scoring method,Pareto analysis method and absolute advantage index value method,this paper analyzes the overall competitive strength of each team in the 2023 National Swimming Championships,as well as the distribution of each team's advantage and disadvantage in each event.The results show that:(a)The 2023 National swimming Championship is divided into three levels:There are 5 major factor teams,3 minor factor teams and 17 general factor teamsand a total of 15 teams with MEDALS.(b)In the womens butterfly,freestyle and individual medley and in the men's backstroke,breaststroke,freestyle and individual medley,there are multiple athletes who have won several events.(c)Among the disadvantaged teams,there are five mens teams from Shanxi,Yunnan,Chongqing Haosha,Nanyue and Inoue North China,and six women's teams from Beijing Sports Lottery,Anhui Haosha,Inner Mongolia,Guangxi Haosha,Four Chuan Zhouke and Hunan Lian Steel,so their absolute advantage index is relatively low in the majority projects.Analyzing the actual situation of each team in each event,it is suggested that the comparative advantage team should continue to improve,the latent advantage team and the weak team should vigorously promote the construction of swimming culture,improve the mode of talent selection and professional training,and improve the ability to win gold medals.
