Strategies for Chinese Gymnastics Team Improving the Preparation for Paris Olympics in the Mens Team Event

摘　　要：本文运用文献资料、录像观察、数理统计、专家访谈等研究方法,对东京奥运会和第51届世锦赛男子团体体操决赛成绩进行分析,探讨我国体操男队存在的优势与不足,并根据新规则特点为我国男子体操队合理编排成套动作及备战巴黎奥运会提出对策建议。研究结果表明:(1)东京奥运会体操男团决赛俄罗斯奥运队凭借稳定的发挥获得冠军,日本获得亚军,我国仅获得季军。(2)利物浦体操世锦赛俄罗斯奥运队因故未能参赛,我国在预赛不利的情况下决赛凭借高难度成套和稳定性的发挥提前锁定冠军,日本在诸多失误情况下获得亚军,本土作战的英国队获得季军。(3)将完成情况与比赛名次进行相关性分析发现,东京奥运会男团决赛完成分与比赛名次呈极显著性相关(P=0.002<0.01),而利物浦体操世锦赛为巴黎奥运新周期规则下的首次国际比赛,运动员对于规则的理解还在探索之中,因此完成情况与比赛名次无显著性关系(P=0.058>0.05)。提升对策:准确研判新规则精神,合理编排成套动作;加强对外交流,提高国际话语权;提升体能,预防伤病,延长运动年限;加强后备人才梯队建设;统筹发展难度与质量,做到齐头并进;合理布局,为备战巴黎奥运会奠定基础。Using research methods such as literature review,video observation,mathematical statistics and expert interviews,this paper analyzes the results of the gymnastics mens team competition final at the Tokyo Olympics and the 5lst World Championships,explores the advantages and disadvantages of Chinese men's gymnastics team,and provides countermeasures for the rational arrangement of complete sets of movements and preparation for Paris Olympics for Chinese men's gymnastics team based on the new rules.Results:(a)In the final of the men's gymnastics team at the Tokyo Olympics,Russia won the championship with stable performance,Japan won the runner up,and China only finished third.(b)Due to various reasons,Russia was unable to participate in the Liverpool Gymnastics World Championships.China secured the championship in the final due to its difficult set and stable performance in the preliminary rounds,while Japan won the runner up spot due to numerous mistakes.The British team,who fought locally,won the third place.(c)A correlation analysis between the completion score and competition ranking showed that there was a highly significant correlation between the completion score of the men's team final at the Tokyo Olympics and competition ranking(P=0.002<0.01),while the Liverpool Gymnastics World Championships was the first international competition under the new cycle rules of the Paris Olympics,and athletes'understanding of the rules was still being explored.Therefore,there was no significant relationship between the completion score and competition ranking(P=0.058>0.05).Suggestions:Accurately study the new rules,and reasonably arrange a complete set of actions;Strengthen foreign exchanges and enhance international discourse power;Improve physical fitness,prevent injuries,and extend exercise duration;Strengthen the construction of reserve talent echelons;Coordinate the development of safety and quality,and achieve simultaneous progress;Conduct reasonable layout to lay the foundation for preparing for Paris Olympics.
