“双循环”新发展格局下我国健身休闲产业SCP范式分析及路径选择

摘　　要：随着我国经济结构的调整,加快形成“以国内大循环为主体、国内国际双循环相互促进的新发展格局”成为推动我国健身休闲产业发展的必然选择。运用现代产业经济学的SCP范式对我国现阶段健身休闲产业的市场结构、市场行为和市场绩效进行分析,发现当前我国健身休闲产业存在的问题主要有:(1)产业规模小,市场集中度较低;(2)产品同质化严重,有效供给不足;(3)人才稀缺,创新研发能力薄弱;(4)营销定位不准确,处于低端“内外循环”层次。在新发展格局下,我国健身休闲产业要实现高质量发展,必须立足国内大循环,坚持问题导向,抓住机遇,在发展过程中锻造长板,补齐短板。据此,提出发展我国健身休闲产业建议:(1)以扩大市场内需潜力为核心,激发本土企业科技创新活力;(2)以产业结构优化升级为重点,增强健身休闲产业链集群效应;(3)以高水平的对外开放为契机,提升健身休闲品牌国际影响力。健身休闲产业在未来的发展过程中既要优化国内产业链条,又要构筑安全稳定的国际产业链,从而在新发展格局中更好地实现健身休闲产业高质量发展。With the adjustment of China's economic structure,accelerating the"new development paradigm featuring dual circulation,in which domestic and overseas markets reinforce each other,with the domestic market as the mainstay"is the inevitable choice to promote the development of Chinas fitness and leisure industry.Using the SCP paradigm of modern industrial economics,this paper analyzed the market structure,market behavior and market performance of the current fitness and leisure industry,and found that the problems include small industry scale and low market concentration,serious product homogeneity and insufficient effective supply,etc.Under the new development pattern,in order to achieve high-quality development of Chinas fitness and leisure industry,we must base ourselves on the domestic cycle,adhere to the problem orientation,seize the opportunity,forge a long board in the process of development,and make up for the short board.It is suggested that on the basis of existing development,Chinas fitness and leisure industry should expand the potential of domestic demand as the core to stimulate the technological innovation vitality of local enterprises;focus on the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure to enhance the cluster effect of fitness and leisure industry chain;take the high level of opening to the outside world as an opportunity to enhance the international influence of fitness and leisure brands.In the future development process,the fitness and leisure industry should not only optimize the domestic industrial chain,but also build a safe and stable international industrial chain,so as to better realize the high-quality development of the fitness and leisure industry within the new development pattern.
