“互联网+”背景下我国体育健身休闲产业数字化转型SWOT分析

摘　　要：本文运用SWOT分析“互联网+”背景下我国体育健身休闲产业数字化转型的优劣势、机遇和挑战,旨在对我国健身休闲产业数字化转型提供参考。研究结果表明:我国健身休闲产业数字化转型的优势主要是数字经济蓬勃发展,数字基础设施发展位于世界前列,数字化转型促进产业优化资源配置、增质提效,提高健身休闲产业核心竞争力。发展劣势主要是体育人才缺口大、数字化体育人才稀缺,数字化转型对经济、科技、创新要求较高,发展机遇有传染病流行大环境背景倒逼健身休闲产业数字化转型,重大利好政策不断出台以及老龄化程度不断加深。发展威胁主要是数据监管难度大、数据泄漏风险高,存在结构性失业风险。针对上述因素,在分析基础上建立了SWOT分析矩阵,提出了开拓型战略、创新型战略、积极防御型战略、保守防御型战略等建议。This paper uses SWOT to analyze the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and challenges of the digital transformation of Chinas fitness and leisure industry under the background of"Internet+",and provides references for the digital transformation of China's fitness and leisure industry.The advantages of the digital transformation of China's fitness and leisure industry are mainly the vigorous development of China's digital economy;the development of digital infrastructure is at the forefront of the world;Digital transformation promotes industrial optimization of resource allocation,industrial quality and efficiency;Improve the core competitiveness of the fitness and leisure industry.The disadvantage of development is the shortage of sports talents and the scarcity of digital sports talents.Digital transformation has higher requirements for economy,science and technology and innovation;the development opportunity has the background of infectious diseases and influenza,forcing the digital transformation of the fitness and leisure industry;Major favorable policies continue to be introduced and the aging degree is deepening.The main development threats are the difficulty of data supervision and the high risk of data leakage;there is a risk of structural unemployment.According to the above factors,SWOT analysis matrix is established,and pioneering strategy,innovative strategy,active defensive strategy and conservative defensive strategy are proposed.
